By building this animal cell from the items in the picture I got a good idea of the shape of different organelles, the location of different organelles, and what organelles were in the animal cell. I got a good idea of these things because before we did this mini project I didnt know much about the cell, what it looked like, and what it contained of. I knew it had a nucleus and thats about it. 

 

The HOM I used to complete this activity Creating, Imagining, and Inovate. I used this HOM because I had to Imagine what household objects would mimic the organelles the best. I had to Create the whole cell with all the organelles included in the right place and the right size ratio. Finally I had to inovate the mitochondria. I had to find someway to make it round but also have the squiggly so I inovate the rubberband outside and pipe cleaner insdie structure for the mitchondria. 

 

The GLO I used to complete this activity was Community contributor. I was a community contributor because this was a group project and my group was Luke, Michelle, and I. I had to listen to their suggestions and incorporate them into my idea of the cell or just use their ideas completly. Its a democracy not a dictatorship. I was also a communtiy contributor because I did my part and helped my group do their's.
